TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ABOUT US
AeroLoop sells digital planners and printable PDF products. Contact: info@aeroloop.co.uk. By using this website or buying from us, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, both linked in the footer of every page.

2. OUR PRODUCTS
Every product we sell is a digital file. Nothing is posted. Colours and appearance may differ slightly on your screen or printer. Product descriptions may change at any time, and we may withdraw a product at any time.

3. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we confirm it and payment has cleared. Prices are in GBP and include any applicable tax. We may decline an order at our discretion, and will tell you if we do.

4. DELIVERY
Your file is delivered by email immediately after checkout. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder and then email info@aeroloop.co.uk and we will resend it.

5. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Your rights are set out in full in our Refund Policy. In short: you have a 14-day right to cancel unless you agreed to immediate delivery, and you are always entitled to a remedy if a file is faulty or not as described.

6. LICENCE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
When you buy an AeroLoop product you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use and print it for your own household use. You may not resell it, share it, redistribute it, or use it commercially. All designs, text and artwork remain the property of AeroLoop and are protected by UK and international copyright law.

7. YOUR USE OF THIS SITE
You must not misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, transmit malicious code, scrape it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

8. LIABILITY
Our products are planning and organising tools. They are not medical, financial, legal or professional advice. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

9. HOSTING
This store is hosted by Shopify. Your purchase is with AeroLoop, not with Shopify.

10. CHANGES
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

11. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
