Refund policy

Every Aeroloop product is a digital download (a PDF file) delivered to your email as soon as your order is complete. Nothing is posted.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
Under UK consumer law you normally have 14 days to change your mind about an online purchase. For digital content downloaded immediately, that right ends once the download begins — but only where you have agreed to it.

At checkout you are asked to confirm that you want your file delivered straight away and that you understand you will lose your 14-day right to cancel once the download link is issued. If you would rather keep your cancellation rights, do not accept immediate delivery — email info@aeroloop.co.uk instead and we will hold your order and release the file after 14 days, or refund you in full.

IF SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THE FILE
Your legal rights are unaffected. If a file is faulty, corrupted, incomplete or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. This covers:
- a download link that does not work or has expired
- a file that will not open, or opens damaged
- missing pages, or a file that does not match the product page
- a duplicate purchase made in error

HOW TO CONTACT US
Email info@aeroloop.co.uk with your order number. We aim to reply within one working day. Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 14 days of being agreed.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013
